"Ear to the Ground" pop ups

Does anyone else keep getting 'Ear to the Ground" pop ups on the site, and know how to turn them off?  Thanks in advance.

Yes, they suddenly started about a week ago and I can't stop them without registering (which I don't want to do as I'm already registered!!).

Admin help please...???

An update on the pop ups:

If you are now logged on you shouldn't see the pop ups at all! Do let me know if this isn't the case.

We are still busy improving our user experience in other areas as I write!
