3 new restaurants on Northcote Road

Just spent a couple of hours on Northcote Road and there are 3 new restaurants. VE Kitchen, Bamia and Pizzeria Grapelli. There was another in the old GBK spot too but that didn't have a name that I could see.  Just wanted to post to let everyone know about them.

Pizzicheria Grappelli isn't actually a restaurant, it is in fact a fabulous Italian butcher and deli.  It's owned by Alessandro Grappelli who also owns the restaurant Taverna Trastevere in St John's Hill.

Bamia is an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant and has a sister restaurant in Balham (The Red Duck).

The people who have taken the old GBK site is Chipotle who according to a South American friend is another version of Tortilla by Clapham Junction.
