I am offering yoga for pregnancy every Thursday lunchtime at Battersea Yoga Studio - the prettiest yoga studio in London.
Bring your bump, whatever size and gestation, for pregnancy fitness, embodied birth education and connection with your local pregnancy community.
Classes are drop-in but commitment is even better.
I am a senior registered pregnancy yoga and mindfulness teacher and teacher trainer, birth doula, and child-birth educator. I have been supporting the women of SW London en route to Motherhood for over 15 years.
Classes start THIS Thursday 20 MAY 12.30pm-1.45pm Battersea Yoga. (Next to the Sun gate at Battersea Park)
