I took Nadia’s course in 2018 and 2021 - it was wonderful! I am hugely grateful to Nadia and the community she creates in the course and the WhatsApp group. It really helped me to have positive and empowering birth experiences. Thank you Nadia!

In this event you will learn how to:
  • How the Goddess is a real hormonal manifestation
  • How to prepare your body to host her
  • How to prepare your mind to overcome mental obstacles
  • How to prepare your environment for her
  • Where to find the best support and resources
  • And Why your experience matters

This is a one hour presentation with  Q & A afterwards. It's open to anyone with a bump - irrespective of the type of birth you are planning..

My sister is now four months pregnant, and I go to maternity yoga with her. She says these exercises help her be more mobile, get rid of the heaviness in her back and legs, and prepare for childbirth. She and I are very close, and I'm glad that in such an important and joyous event, the birth of her first children, I can be there for her and support her. I remember how exciting it was when my sister shared her test results with me and thought she couldn't get pregnant. But, I read about the false negative tests at https://mother.com/evaporation-line-vs-faint-positive/ and talked her into going to the doctor. She and her husband are so happy now, expecting the twins!
