We are looking for a nanny / housekeeper to work three days per week – Tuesday 7am – 7pm, Wednesday 7am – 5:30pm and Friday 7am – 7pm. The job will start either in late December or early January.
We live close to Wandsworth Common and would ideally like someone who lives close by.We are a family with two children, a girl aged 7 and a boy aged 6.
During term time, the job will involve getting the children ready in the morning and taking them to school (a short walk away), as well as picking them up after school and looking after them, including taking them to activities and playdates. While the children are at school, we would like the person to do house-keeping duties in our house (i.e. cleaning the house, washing and ironing laundry, cooking meals, organising things in the house, running errands).
During school holidays, the job will mostly involve care of the children, including taking them on outings and meeting with their friends.
There might also be some occasional extra babysitting work.We are looking for someone who will be caring towards the children, and be attentive and keep them safe. We also want someone who uses their initiative when it comes to seeing things that need to be done around the house. The person must be a non-smoker.
We will be offering an employment contract with annual leave, and with a gross pay that will be subject to tax and NICS etc.
