tips to prevent a climber??

Hi All,

Our 11 month old walker is now also a climber!! She is able to climb onto the tv cabinet, and as of today, climb onto the sofa where she stands up and walks around.
Does anyone have any tips on how to prevent her climbing up other than replacing the furniture, (as our landlord owns the furniture).
