Hi, 
Our neighbours submitted a planning application that will be a nuisance for us. We are looking for a solicitor to help us object to this application. Could you please recommend someone?

Try Gregsons in Wimbledon - they do a lot of property work and this sort of stuff is pretty standard.

You don't need a solicitor, you need a planning consultant - and nuisance is not something that you can object to in terms of planning applications, only things that are material to the determination (such as loss of light / outlook, design, impact on trees etc)
