Hi everyone,

This is a post for any new hosts to the airbnb platform or experienced hosts.

I run a small airbnb co hosting business with my sister where we take pride in offering the best service to other hosts and looking after their properties the way they wish for it to be looked after.

I am a Superhost myself and also a user of the platform too, so I understand the expectations from both sides.

We offer a range of services from looking after your listing as a co host dealing with the booking request, enquiries, guest reviews and guest communication, cleaning, check ins/checkouts for reasonable fees. If you don't require any online management we also offer just the cleaning service to assist with your changeovers.

We aren’t a management company and don’t require any upfront fees or a monthly fee. We work strictly on a commission basis.

Hi there, I have a house between the commons we’re keen to rent out while on holiday - about 4 weeks a year but it’s primarily a family friendly option as only one proper adult room. A baby nursery, a toddler room and an office with a sofa bed. We’d be keen for some help maximising it’s potential!

We have put our 2 bedroom flat on Wandsworth Common on AirBandB for the first time for the whole of May and have already 3 bookings. We have provisionally organised change over but would consider someone dedicated and experienced as we will do it more and more often in the months and years to come.
