After school nanny required Monday-Wednesday Post Reply

We are a family of four with two amazing little girls. Evie is 6years old and Emma is 22months old. My husband, Charlie, works long hours and often has to go away and I work Mondays to Wednesdays as a vet for a charity.
We would require Evie to be collected from school (Rutherford House) at 4.15pm and then Emma from nursery (around the corner from school-Eveline Day) at 4.30pm. Both girls would need to be walked home (to Tooting Broadway), played with for a bit and given dinner. We would be able to take over at 6.30pm.
On Tuesdays Evie has football training she would need to be taken to - 5-6pm.
