Part-time PA required for a HNWI Wimbledon - September start

Postby MrsGuitar » Fri Jul 28, 2023 9:29 pm

For just a few hours a week, a position has become available to help an elderly HNWI in Wimbledon/Raynes Park borders. Sole responsibility will be to manage theatre, gallery and other leisure bookings and visits each week. This includes discussing with client 'what's on', booking tickets and restaurants as required, maintaining a schedule for a few months at a time, drawing up confirmed agendas for each weekend activities; and booking taxis/confirm drivers.

Approximately 4-6 hours a week will cover a weekly visit to the house, and further remote working to tie up tasks, if required. A computer and printer is provided at the house and a dedicated email to help keep it all organised. Basic knowledge of microsoft, pc and mac (iPad) a plus.

A thorough handover from the existing PA will be provided and a couple of paid shadow sessions offered to help learn the ropes, especially as client has limited mobility and is wheelchair bound.

Working alongside client's care team and a family PA who works remotely, support is on hand to help if required. September start, with a house visit on a Thursday afternoon, if possible. Remote hours flexible. Hourly rate £25-30/hr.

If interested, please do get in touch with a covering note and/or CV. Shortlisted candidates will be invite to meet client.

Will this be working from home position?
As it will fit in perfectly with me

Hello
I sent you a message regarding above post which sounds very interesting, and is exactly what I do now for two elderly people living in SW London. Have you an email address to send info to?
Many thanks

Hi Shazia, I am afraid it does require a face to face each week with my client. Thanks
