Baby Massage @ Gooseberry Bush SW19 - taster session on Wed!

Baby massage @ Gooseberry Bush SW19

To promote these new classes, I am doing a £5 taster session on Wednesday 14th September :)

A bit more info is in order:

[*] The baby massage course comprises of 4 or 5 mums sessions of about 1 hour and 30 mns each - time to settle, feed the babies and catch up, massage, refreshments and chat with more feeding afterwards.
[*]The course also includes a special session for dads, on a Saturday, which teaches them their own basic massage skills!
[*]It is a set course as we build on the massage week after week, adding extra body parts to it - it's ok to miss one though because we repeat and consolidate every week!
[*]Course dates are as follows: 21st, 28th September, 8th, 12th and 19th October 2011.
[*]The course costs £65 for 5 sessions (4+1) or £77 for 6 (5+1) and includes mats, massage oil, a strokes booklet to keep and other handouts which I think you may find useful - please bring a towel to lay/wrap your baby on/in.
[*]The classes take place at Gooseberry Bush - 115 Kingston Road SW19 - on Wednesdays at 2pm and Saturdays for dads.

Baby massage has many benefits, not least learning a lovely and empathetic skill for life! These include bonding and relaxing with your baby as well as stimulation of the babies' systems and senses. Many mums and dads report increase in confidence and some immediate sleeping and digestion improvements :-)

Afternoon, we had lunch at the Gooseberry Bush yesterday, it's such a lovely cafe, with loads going on for Mums & Babies.

Food was amazing too.... butternut squash risotto, and a soya latte to follow ;)
