Why is sitting bad for our muscle and joint health?

A sedentary lifestyle can have a negative impact on the health of our muscles and joints, causing tension, weakness, and even pain. Prolonged sitting reduces blood circulation, which can lead to various vascular problems. That's why it's important to be aware of the possible consequences and seek professional help when needed. For example, at https://curaveindoctors.com/understandi ... st-called/ you can learn more about vascular health and how important it is to consult a venous specialist in time.
