Does anyone use a storage company like Access for long term storage? We seem to be bulging at the seams and I think it would be a good solution for extra storage but not sure if works for long term use or if it becomes extremely expensive?

We would probably just want something small that we could store once a year stuff like skiing stuff, some gardening stuff maybe Christmas decs etc.

If anyone has tried one of these places I would love to know if it works on a practical basis and if you anyone could recommend one that would be great. An idea of cost would be great too as they all seem to have good intro offers, just not sure how expensive it will get on an ongoing basis and they are hard to get through to to speak to someone. Thanks!

We used Big Yellow for a couple of years.  It wasn't cheap but it worked well for us.  We had a smaller unit initially then upgraded to a bigger one.

We paid extra for 24 hour access - otherwise you can only pick up /drop off stuff when the reception is open

Choosing a place nearby and with easy vehicle access was important for us

Talk to Nick of Cavendish and Country, great removal firm. Who offer storage all year round, can be out of town for longer storage at a cheaper rate than in town.
