Recommendation for church hall hire for children’s birthday party?

Postby Westcoastmom » Mon Sep 02, 2024 3:53 pm

I’m considering hiring a church hall for a child’s birthday party and wondering if anyone has any recommendations and/or advice? As we’re fairly new to London, we’ve only been to one party at a church (Holy Trinity).

When you hire a church hall, are tables and chairs typically provided? How much should I expect to spend?

Thank you in advance for any input!

St Mary Magdelene Church on Trinity Road, St Lukes Church on Thurleigh Rd and Romany Scout Hut on Lyford Rd are all good options.

Chairs and tables are usually included and they all charge per hour so make sure to add in set and take down time when you book but it has been a while since I booked one so I cannot advise on on costs. Their websites might have some info.
