Looking for event photographer Post Reply

Does anyone have a recommendation for a local event photographer? It would be to photograph family and friends at a party in December (around 40 - 60 guests). Preferably black & white photography. I don't mind if it's someone who is just starting out and has a real interest in photography but isn't necessarily an 'event photographer', as long as they have some kind of portfolio for me to see.

Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated.
