Does anyone have a room to rent?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help.....

We have a friend's niece who has come to live in London from Spain, a potential permanent move.
She's in her early 20s, has a job, speaks English and just needs a room to rent - either in a shared house or a family home looking to earn some extra cash.

She's open to most areas of London, but somewhere in Clapham, Balham, Wandsworth, Battersea is preferable.

If anyone can help I'd be most grateful.
