I have a small but cozy single bedroom to let available now off the busy Northcote Road, a 7 mins walk from Clapham Junction station. Great train and bus connections with the nearest tube being Clapham South. The house has myself and my 5 year old.

The rent is £100 per week + 2 nights babysitting. This includes rent, bills, laundry, WiFi.
