nannies and tax

Hello

I would like to hire nanny for 1 day a week. It will be around 10 hours- £100pw. How do I go about taxes? I know that if you don`t earn more then £138pw you don`t pay taxes but if the nanny has got another job therefore is earning more do both families pay taxes even if I am paying less then required amount? Thank you
