My name is Rachel, I am 23 years old and have been working in childcare for 6 years. I have experience with children ranging from 0 to 10. I have had lots of sole charge nanny experience - this includes nanny share, as well as working within nursery settings. I consider myself to be very trust worthy, honest, very good at my job, great at time keeping and keep my absences to a minimum - only taking time off if its extrememly necessary. I am looking for a 3-4 full day nanny role, i dont mind if this is shared or within just one home. I also would like to work with a family i will be with for a long period of time (at least a year) I am happy to work between the hours of 7 and 7. I have an nvq2 and 3 in childcare, first aid qualified and I have several good references available.
I think i would be a very good nanny to have and i really do care for the children i look after, I try to create a warm caring environment for children to grow up in as it gives them the self confidence to go far in life. I am able to prepare healthy meals for the children and also to stimulate their learning. I have newborn experience so can help you to get a good routine established with your child.
