Farmers' Markets plant fairs

Postby londonfarmersmarkets » Tue Mar 13, 2012 4:06 pm

Hello everyone,
Our seasonal Spring plant fairs are about to begin blooming at our farmers' markets. Between 7 - 10 nurseries come to the markets with a huge range of beautiful plants, so from window sill and balcony to garden and patio you'll find something to suit.

From grasses to cacti, the growers will be on hand to give you enthusiastic and expert advice. Many sell at the Chelsea and Hampton Court shows so really know their stuff. Whether you’re after unusual perennials, vegetable plants, herbs and cut flowers or spring bedding we will have everything you need, plus all your regular farmers and food producers.

Locally-grown plants are hardier and suited to our climate. They have travelled short distances for brief periods of time from the nursery to your garden, meaning that they will prosper for longer whilst imported plants will struggle.

Our plant fairs this year are all listed on our website http://www.lfm.org.uk
and include;
Wimbledon 31st March
Balham 21st April
Twickenham 14th April
