Since opening in November last year we have had many, many requests regarding the possibility of opening the salon on a Sunday, so as many of you are clients we thought the best thing to do would be to ask you...

We are thinking of opening from 10.00 -17.00 on Sundays, but would love to hear your comments/thoughts/suggestions ...

yes please!!! Always nice to have a break on a Sunday and easier to get childcare etc if hubby around. x

I would definitely advocate Sunday opening: I work full time city hours Monday to Friday and so have to fit beauty treats where possible at the weekend and it can be very frustrating that currently only Neals Yard (which isn't exactly a manicure destination!) is open on Sunday. I think there would be a lot of other Clapham women in this situation.

Why don't you trial it for a month or two to see if commercialy viable?

How about creating some specials to get new clients through the door??? Personally I'm more likely to try a new place out if there are some special offers going, maybe I'm just a cheap skate but a good way to get more people through the door trying the salon out. And yes Sunday is a good option, it's the best time to get Dad's to look after the kiddies whilst Mum gets pampered. Good luck.

Yes please- I work full time in the City too and find it difficult to find local services open on a Sunday. Would be a great help.

Sundays would be ideal for me too. I'm not working at the moment and with the cost of childcare these days, it's the only time I can leave baby (with hubby) and have a bit of time to myself.

Yes please. I always think shops on Northcote Road miss a trick by not opening on Sundays, one of the two busiest days in the week. Not all women in Northcote Road are stay at home mothers! Close on a week day instead.

Yes from me too. I'm a current customer of yours and have to go for late Thurs as Saturdays are always too busy. I'm on maternity leave with a seven month old baby and don't have childcare help so evenings and weekends are a must for some much needed beauty therapy!!!

Sunday opening would be amazing - I am always trying to find somewhere to have a facial or a massage on a Sunday. Please do it!

I feel guilty asking your staff to work Sundays. But being very selfish... sod it, yes Please! I'd be able to come much more often then, rather than wait for the next visit from doting grandparents to watch the kids.
