Hello all

Can anyone recommend a local cab company who show up on time, have drivers who know where they're going and vehicles that appear roadworthy?

I called for a cab from abbeville road to CJ yesterday and was sent a battered old people carrier which stank of smoke and had a bit of old rope holding the back doors shut. The driver went a very bizarre route that took twice as long as it should and then had the nerve to try and charge me £16. Not so good.

I've used addison lee before but they dont always send cars out for cash bookings.

is there anyone local who you'd recommend?

I would recommend Greyhound, 02033883388 or 02086771212. Seem to be prompt and up front with cost, will text you with drivers reg no so you know it's the right cab. Myself and others use them to pick up our (teenage) kids when we can't, so we obviously trust them.
