For a house with so many problems, it will be tricky for you to get a handle on all the costs and work that needs doing - especially since you don't live in it yet! I would consider a different purchase, just from a risk perspective, unless the price is very good or you are very confident that you understand the severity of all the problems and have a good idea of the cost + time required.
Otherwise, I can recommend the building company that did a whole house renovation for me - Riga Interiors. Their quote was good compared to other building contractors. Only downside is that the staff have limited English, and they are not very good at offering advice (so you yourself need to be clued up on what you want). Otherwise, the job done is to a high standard.
