We are looking for an English-speaking, enthusiastic and kind nanny to live in our family home on Clapham Common with our four year old twins, 8 month old baby and our big friendly dog.
The hours are 8am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday. The twins are at nursery in the mornings, until midday.
Beyond these hours we would also like two nights babysitting per week, from 7pm. One of these would be either a Friday or Saturday night. Supper will be provided for these two nights but breakfast and supper for the rest of the week will not be provided. The flat at the top of the house is self-contained, with a kitchen etc. so you would have your own space, privacy and television there. We would also be grateful for privacy in the evenings.
We are a happy home with well brought-up children who have been raised with a routine and are happiest when this routine is generally adhered to. We would hope for you to be a relaxed presence in our family life, enjoying the energy generated by three little people, a dog and two busy parents! There are no official cleaning duties but the kitchen etc. would be clean and tidy and the playroom organised in time for the 3pm handover. We would also like you to walk our dog Andie at 8am – or any time before kiddie duties start at 8.30. We live just on the common and she needs a good 20 minute run around. You need to be able to drive.
Pay: £200 per week, in addition to free accommodation in a self-contained flat in our lovely large Clapham house plus two suppers a week, on babysitting nights.
