Loving, fun and flexible nanny sought in Balham from end Oct to care
for our charming 1 year old babies as part of a nanny share arrangement. We are three first time mums who will be returning to work on a part time basis and are looking to share a nanny between us. The successful applicant will take sole charge of 2 children at any one time, 4 days per week 8am-6.30pm

Responsibilities will include:

- Entertaining babies/playgroups, etc
- Preparation of meals
- Very light household duties

Must have:
- a love of small children
- good organisational skills, energy and patience
- Up to date CRB check
- Up to date first aid
- Fluent English
- Relevant experience of looking after 2 or more children of a similar age
- OFSTED registration or willingness to register
- Childcare qualifications preferable
- Non smokers only. Driver not essential.

We are three easygoing mums who just want our babies to be happy,
settled and have a great time while we get back into work.

All parents have professional jobs so good timekeeping is essential.

Hi, Im not sure if you are aware or not, but 1 nanny cant legally look after children from 3 different families/have 3 bosses. A child minder who works within their own home can do it, but not a nanny im afraid.

I have over 6yrs experience of nannying in the UK. I have also worked as an assistant in a Kindergarten for 4 years. I am pro-active in thinking of activities and outings for children (playgroups, playdates, museums, parks etc). Its fine if there are only two children at any one time, which the OP stated was the case

No, you can only legally have 2 families in a nanny share (I assume all the mums will be paying tax/NI), 3 or more families they will need to register as a childminder.
