We have just completed a full house renovation between the commons and as a result we have dealt with a lot (i mean a lot!) of tradesmen who were contracted in by the building firm we employed. We wish we never met this particular building firm ... but this is a whole different story.
This week we experienced a problem with some of our electrical circuits tripping and called a local electrician. £150 later we were told that there was probably a fault on a cable that was embedded in our hallway wall. The suggestion was that we would have to open up walls to resolve the problem. After a year renovating this was the last thing we wanted to hear. We called Philip from B.E.S Ltd for a second opinion...
First of all he responded to my voicemail within 15 mins. Secondly he recognised the issue, whilst not an emergency, was a problem for us with all bedroom lights out. He fitted us in same day. Within 20 mins of coming into the house Philip diagnosed the problem and within an hour it had been rectified. B.E.S Ltd have very competitive rates and the customer service was great.
As i mentioned above, we have dealt with many many tradesmen in the last year and it is definitely worth sharing the details of a good one!
