Open Mornings and Evenings taking place at Battersea Arts Centre

Lavender Hill London SW11 5TN

Monday 15 October 9.30am – 12.30pm

Tuesday 16 October 9.30am – 12.30pm

Wednesday 17 October 5pm – 8pm

We shall be holding separate events for Year 6 pupils in our feeder primary schools and their parents as follows:

4th Oct - Open afternoon/evening @ Falconbrook Primary (3:45pm - 4:45pm)

9th Oct - Open afternoon / evening @ Highview Primary (3:45pm-4:45pm)

9th Oct - Open evening @ Belleville Primary (6.15pm - 7.15pm)

10th Oct – Open afternoon/evening @ Wix Primary School (4.30pm - 5.30pm)

11th Oct - Open afternoon/evening @ Honeywell Primary (5pm-6pm)

How can you call it an open day when it isn't on the site?

I take it the building work still hasn't been completed?

No the building work hasn't been completed; the children are currently in temporary accommodation at Burntwood but are moving into the school after half term at the beginning of November. The reason the open day is not at the school is that the head wants current parents to be able to visit the school before prospective parents, which is reasonable enough.

I went to the open day yesterday. The building will be opening after half term. The head showed photos of some of the classrooms and the dining hall - they looked great.
