How much should a professional inventory cost?

Hello,

We're renting our flat out and wanted to know what is a reasonable price to pay for a professional inventory? We have been quoted £220 in the past...

the price depends on the size of your property. for a 2 bed flat you can look at £150-£180, so if your house is bigger that sounds about right.
