Does any one know any day nurseries in sw11 or surrounding area that offer half days?

Northcote Gardens does. Not sure how easy it would be to get a place though as I know they prioritise people who want full days 5 days a week. Might be worth a try. It is a fabulous nursery.

Assuming your child is >2 and a half, Clapham Park Montessori (off Abbeville Road) offer half days and I believe you are not obliged to attend every day either. If your child is one or walking they have an infant community at the same address.

Alternatively you could try Broomwood Montessori (Kyrle Road) only offer mornings. Again I think this is from age 2.5 upwards.

St Peter's children's centre does. My child goes there and really enjoys it. Particularly the outdoor space! http://www.stpeterschildrenscentre.org.uk/

You could try Second Steps on ravenslea road. I believe they offer half days.

Elm park on Clarence avenue is a brilliant Montessori with a huge garden. They offer half days. Morning sessions are 8-12:30 with lunch which is an hour + longer than some of the others.

Both of my boys go to Blubells nursery and absolutely love it

Lavender Hill Day nursery does. Located in the ASDA car park, its quite conveniently located and I cant recommend it enough.
My son has been going there since he was 5 months old and he loves it !
