Does anyone have any feedback on Rompers Playgroup at the church on Trinity Rd? Just wondered what it was like and if you'd recommend it?

Rompers

The Rompers toddler group meets every Tuesday morning from 10.00-11.30am. All are welcome!

The children arrive to a room set out with a variety of toys which are rotated each week to give stimulation to their imaginative, creative and explorative free play. A group time follows, which includes singing and a Bible story. The children then have refreshments, whilst the adults enjoy fresh coffee and homemade cakes! Physical play then takes over when children enjoy riding on bikes and other wheeled toys.

We just joined this year. Very friendly with a nice and relaxed atmosphere. We've found it much friendlier then some of the other playgroups. Quite a few different play stations - not tonnes - but def enough for time you're there. It is also well split into 4 main activities. Play for first 40 mins, story and songs for about 20 mins, drinks and biscuits, last 20 mins play time on various wheeled toys they can ride around on. May see you there if you have a place!

We have been going to rompers for a year and a half now. We love it, it's the one activity we would only miss because of illness! If you get a place grab it. We just wish we could go twice a week.
