*** CrossFit Bump - Mother & Baby Class***
- This class is specifically designed for mums,and also tailored for pre/post natal mums.
- It is designed to be short and intense to help furn fat and build muscle.
- It will help your body to rebuild a strong foundation following the impact of pregnancy, plus regain shape, tone and fitness whether you have just recently had a baby or not so recently
- It is safe, fun and it works to get you back in shape.
- The class is planned to fit around you and your child, plus you get to meet up with lots of new mums whilst getting in shape! Babies in buggies are welcome and there is an option for preschool children to take part in a kids crossfit class while mum is working out. The classes are held indoors.
(We advise mums to be 6 weeks post natal or 10 weeks following a c/s. Suitable for all level of fitness)
Trainers are pre/post natal qualified, first aid trained and crb checked
