Landlords - Pay as you go property management

Postby hjpm » Tue Mar 26, 2013 4:43 pm

HJ Property Management offers a unique pricing structure, charging landlords by the hour for our services. We only charge for the time taken to manage your property after an annual retainer fee. We do not feel it is fair to charge a percentage of the rent. We specialise in property management and do not handle lettings but work with local agents to find good and long lasting tenants.

It is important to have a good managing agent: happy tenants mean longer term rentals which is easier and better for landlords!

Please look at our website, or telephone 0208 355 3532 for more information. If you do not have a need to use our service at the moment, please keep our details to hand for the future.

Thank you!

Good luck, sounds an interesting proposal

Though as an aside, the biggest issue I have on the management of my properties is the quality of service, more than the cost. I.e. getting them to do what I pay them for, not cutting the cost to what they do(n't) :)

Scottov, that is a real problem in the market. That is one of the reasons I don't charge a percentage of rent in advance. If you think about it, agents have no incentive as they receive the money up front and often any maintenance issues or tenant problems are treated as an inconvenience.

I offer a personal and flexible service with excellent customer service at all times. I would be very pleased to provide references, I work with a few Nappyvalleynet mums already!
