We stayed there in May with our daughter and was ideal. We are actually going back with the rest of the family (8 of us) in January as it was so good.

Villa is on a gated community to the west of Orlando. About 45 minutes from the airport. Within 5 mins there is a big supermarket with loads of restaurants within 10 mins drive towards Disney. It is also only an hour from the beach on the Gulf of Mexico (Clearwater) and is just over an hour to the coast of the Atlantic (for beaches and Cape Canaveral / NASA theme park).
There is a tennis court in the community also and the owners are getting the garage converted to a games room next month (table tennis and pool table).
You will see the pictures on Facebook but pool is south facing and has great outdoor space.
I think you can book using a link on the site. Alternatively, leave a message on the site and the owner will probably give you a discount as they don't need to use the company that takes bookings and commission!
