Hi All

I was wondering if anybody can recommend a good local surveyor? Thank you!

I used Alan Stuart of Stuart and Duffy and was impressed. He was pleasant, throough and took the time to discuss the report. He is also local and knows the area well.

We used Nick Tucker who is local. has carried out countless local building surveys for prospective purchasers and was recommended to us by the Estate Agents.

Ultimately it depends on what kind of surveyor you need as some will obviously specialise in certain areas (e.g party wall). Either way ensure they are a member of RICS.
