yes - they are moving into what was 'Dreams' on Broad Street.... and apparently opening before Christmas....
Not sure Tescos will be that amused....

Its seem very assuming that the people of Teddington kicked up about Sainsbury being the opposite end of the high street then a few months later a Morrison sign appears opposite Tesco's.

I think the argument put forward was that local businesses would lose trade to Sainsbury's, I'm sure that Morrison's prices will be a lot cheaper then Sainsbury therefore local corner shops will lose out.

At least we have a few opinions in Teddington now

I agree - it seems bonkers that there was so much uproar against Sainsbury's down the other end of the high street and not a peep about Morrisons... perhaps it's the difference of Teddington's high streets.... although so close, there does seem quite a divide between Broad Street and the High Street....

I hear Morrisons has the best mince pies this year of all the supermarkets - so at least that's one bonus!!!

I see the grand opening is on Monday!!!! Just in time for the Christmas rush!
