LADIES SELF DEFENCE AND ANTI MUGGING

If anyone wants to either sign upto or organise their own group of friends for a ladies specific self protection program. I can conduct this either at individuals homes or on one of the commons.

I have over 40 years experience in this subject and reasonable part of the program is non physical, rather avoid the situation than to have to fight.

With the continuing attacks of mothers with their children it makes sense to understand a few tips of what can be done to prevent these kinds of situation.

This sounds a great idea, will consult with friend on this one most definitely!

Could you please let me know if you would be able to arrange similar but specifically for teenage girls?

I would like for my daughter to be a bit more aware of her surroundings as she now sadly finds it embarrassing to be accompanied by Mum everywhere!

The arts that I cover rely on technique rather than strength and the anti mugging aspect is 85% non physical, totally appropriate for ladies/girls. The skills I cover are vital to have for the rest of your life. I can also go into it in as much seat detail as required.

I live locally and have over 40 years experience in martial arts as a consequence of a misspent youth. I also have a proper job, but as I work for myself I can be available during the day provided I have a bit of notice.

With violent attacks on the increase in the Northcote Road area, in particular to mothers accompanied with children, it makes sense to furnish your self with some of the concepts.

Thank-you so much for your response..... it reads very well...

Could you possibly give me a rough idea of costs for perhaps my daughter and myself to have some sessions with you? How many sessions would you recommend?

Would maybe look into this in the new year (when she is keen to get herself back from school /after-school activities,am personally dreading this but have to accept I cannot wrap her up in cotton wool forever!)
