Has anyone else noticed that there is a car with an incredibly loud engine that drives around the streets of sw11 at night?

The engine is REALLY loud and the sounds comes through our double glazing and disturbs our sleeping baby.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I've noticed that the guy in the car seems to be making deliveries.

Not heard that one but he must be the brother of the one who speeds down Broomwood Road (from Wandsworth Common direction) at exactly 5.57 in the morning holding his hand on the horn most of the way! Only ever managed to get a partial number plate as you always get a green light at the bottom and he turns into Northcote Road. LO ??? EXF? Sports car, dark.
Both drivers so inconsiderate. Wakes me and the kids.

I also managed to get the number plate after several failed attempts. Y116 HFC. Apparently council noise control can't do anything as it isn't a faulty engine. It's just a really loud souped up car.

Ps with your issue, the council noise department would def be able to take action as he is honking horns unnecessarily.

I know exactly who you mean. It's a blue two seater Honda that from memory does deliveries for Akash on Northcote Road. I live on Mallinson Road so I hear him most nights and I suppose have just got used to the racket. It does seem to have got louder this year so maybe he's bought himeself a new exhaust for a Xmas present!!

I know the owner of Akash through the Northcote Business Network so I'll have a word...
