After school yoga starts again today!

we are very happy to be able to offer another term of our popular children's Friday afternoon yoga classes.
once you have looked into the many benefits of children's yoga you will wish that you'd started earlier (it is however never too late to get started!:)

Time: 4pm under 8's - 4.45pm over 8's.
