We are renting out our 5 bed family house as we are relocating. It has a double reception, eat-in kitchen, 2 newly done bathrooms, a garden and a roof terrace.

It is in Clapham North (just off Landor Rd), with great travel links - about 5 mins walk from Clapham North/ Clapham High St overland, and 10 mins from Stockwell tube.
