I am so excited that our longed for pilates sessions will be starting on Thursday 27th February @ 8pm. Our teacher is very experienced and has worked as a pysio for many years. The max class size will be 8 and we are filling up fast. Suitable for all levels with a real focus on progressing through the first 6 week block and really feeling the improvement.
