Party Wall Surveyor

Postby bel35 » Tue Mar 11, 2014 8:21 pm

Hello, would anyone be able to recommend their party wall surveyor for a basement conversion? We are about to embark on one and would like to employ a surveyor with a good attention to detail and who thoroughly knows their stuff.
many thanks

James Lewis worked for us when we redid our house inc, side return and 2 storey extension and was excellent, through, amenable and competitive.

We're currently using John Hughes of Downham & Hughes. He seems excellent, knows his stuff and also knows most/many of the other London surveyors as he has been doing it for years. That can at least help to make it more straight forward if your neighbour chooses to appoint someone else. We have a very tight timetable and he has been very quick to get it sorted for us.

Hi, I can highly recommend Des Kelly, lives in Balham and really knowledgeable and helpful. His contact details are: 07789 206 356 or email dk@tcl-surveyors.co.uk.

Thanks

Claire
