We're moving overseas with work for at least three years and will be renting out our home while we are away.
It has three double bedrooms and a further small room which we use as a cot room but would make an equally good study. There's a big kitchen, large family bathroom, a further ensuite in the loft and a 30ft garden.
We're 200m from Tooting Primary School and also in the catchment area for Hillbrook (rated 'Outstanding' in all categories in its recent Ofsted report).
The house will be available from July, unfurnished and we're looking for a rent in the region of £520 per week / £2250 per calendar month.
