Just wanted to thank firsttimer and others on the forum who have suggested Cleanngone. I used them for a last minute end of tenancy cleaning - it was actually an end of flat-prep cleaning after the painters etc had been there and they were fantastic. Incredibly polite and thorough. Can't recommend them highly enough as they did a better job than the Swiss team did on my apt there for 3x the price - though that's the normal going rate there.

I had the most horrendous experience last week. I booked them based on the above comments and only wish I never heard of them. They did an end of tenancy clean for me, spent 6 hours in my property and I could not tell what had been cleaned. they left the property absolutely disgusting. They make very false claims, which they fail to deliver When I challenged them they were not interested. Customer satisfaction is not a priority to them. They are expensive, and very rude. I had to have another company in to clean properly. I can highly highly recommend Fantastic Cleaners. They live up to their name. You will not be disappointed!

On the basis of the recommendation by Mrs_S, I recently used Ecoclean to do an industrial clean of our house before we moved into it. I was really impressed with them and would definitely second the recommendation.

I used Clean n Gone again last week and had a good experience as always.

I want to second Gemini77's post above. DO NOT USE CLEAN n GONE! I just had them in for a carpet steam clean and it looks like nothing was done and my whole carpet was just washed in water. The guy who came in wasn't thorough and did the job so quickly; it was as if he wanted to get out asap and move on to the next job. There is a runner in the hallway that sits on top of the carpet. I asked him to clean that as well but he said the company will charge an additional £10. I called the office about it and Maggie, the person on the phone, was rude and unhelpful. It seems they don't care about customer service because when I mentioned I will write a bad review on the community forums, she didn't care.

Before the guy left, I said everything is still so dirty and it looks like it's just wet. He just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know what you were expecting."
