Couples Birth Workshop this weekend

This one-day workshop is an opportunity for mums to be and their partners to prepare and explore ways of making the birth experience easier and more enjoyable.

Saturday 28th June between 10.00am - 5.00pm

I attended Nadia's workshop before the birth of my first child and for me it was the best thing I did in preparation for the birth. The information was so much more practical than the NCT course we did and it gave my husband a clearer idea of what his role was in the birthing process. I highly recommend it!
