Nanny or cleaner all in one

Hello all.
I am a lady in my 30s. A nanny with over three years experience.
Looking for a job as a nanny available in the mornings till 2pm as I have to do pick up for a family I have been with for over three years.
I can also help as a cleaner.
I do fantastic cleaning of everything including ironing at reasonable rate.
