I read this week that planning's been approved for the Teddington Studios redevelopment... something like 200 luxury flats are being built and the studios are being demolished. It amazes me that Richmond council gave it the go ahead as its a huge amount of residential housing in already quite a populated space... let alone also more pressure on primary school places. And also the environmental effect as it's along the riverside. Is anyone else bothered?

Yes! I totally agree with you. The only thing that is stopping me from being too depressed about it is that there will be access to the river and a nice walk way etc.
