How do I find an American au pair?

Can anyone recommend an agency that will help me find an American or Canadian au pair? I'd try au pair world, but would prefer that the person be security checked if possible. Many thanks!

We have a Canadian au pair we found via au pair world. Americans aren't allowed to au pair in the uk. So it is much harder to find them.
