Meeting other SAH mummies/daddies/ carers

Postby Belle-mummy » Mon Feb 02, 2015 7:35 am

hi there,
I've had a lovely year of maternity leave which came to an end in December. I was due to go back to work but v v sadly was made redundant (I loved my job!). My NCT friends have all gone back to work or moved away and I'm now struggling to meet other mums locally. I've tried swimming, Gymboree and other classes but now it seems everyone has tiny babies (mine is now 13 months) and is at a different stage or people are in established groups.
Can anyone suggest any friendly groups in or around Richmond or Kew where I might have more luck meeting new people?
Thank you!!
A slightly lonely mummy! Xx

Have you been to the lollipop club in Richmond? it's pretty popular with local mums...

Hi,
My daughter is 2 years old but if that doesn't bother you, we would love to meet you and your little one.
