Are you over the very early weeks with your baby, things settling down but not sure how to get a good routine started? Want to learn how to encourage regular good feeds, encourage good sleeping habits and sleeping through the night??
This two hour class is for mums and babies from approximately 4-6 weeks onwards (or earlier if you are ready). You will take away a set of notes with a routine to follow and the knowledge of how to make it flexible for you.
We cover breast and bottle feeding, and our sleep methods at this stage do not involve leaving your baby to cry. We discuss getting out and about on a routine, balancing mum’s needs with those of baby and what to do on days when it all goes wrong!!
Held at Vicki’s home in Wimbledon/Southfields with plenty of space for babies to play on the floor and for you to feed your baby as needed during the class.
The course is of 2 hours duration and the cost is £50 per person
