we are considering having our loft converted and a rear extension to increase living space in wallington area. we have never used building companies before and wondering if you have any good reputable cost efficient companies you can recommend?

We recently used Bespoke conversions (http://www.buildersclapham.co.uk/) Shane and his team were fantastic he has honest and genuinely helpful throughout and we have touching up planned for later on this year once the bulk of the settling has happened for which I still have part of the cost held.

Am having him back shortly to do outside the front of the house as well.

They've done a fabulous job on our family home, we've had both extension and a basement done by them.
Honestly, there isn't a thing they cannot do. Give them a call!
